It is a known fact that it is not always easy to replace or find a Chief Financial Officer, Controller or Business Officer Manager, knowledgeable about long-term care at a skilled nursing facility level. Because our professional staff has at sometime or another worked for individual facilities, small or large chains of skilled nursing facilities, we have the personnel in-house that can step in at a moment's notice and pick up where your staff left off. Our staff can provide you with the following monthly health care accounting services:

• High level analysis and oversight - The typical client at this level is one long-term healthcare facility with a full time CFO or Controller/Accounting Manager at the facility. The client maintains a detail "accrual basis" general ledger, posts all monthly third party billings, cash receipts, cash disbursements and payroll (either in house or a third party).



• Tailored services based on individual needs - The typical client at this level is one long-term healthcare facility with a full time Business Office Manager at the facility. The client maintains a detail "cash basis" general ledger, either does in house all monthly third party billings or contracts it out, but does not post it to the general ledger (monthly billings reports are mailed to Axiom). Client posts its cash receipts, cash disbursements. Payroll is run by a third party and cash payments are posted by the client (each pay-period payroll reports are mailed to Axiom).



• Full service health care accounting - The typical client at this level is one long-term healthcare facility with no full time Business Office Manager at the facility. The client does not maintain a general ledger, but keeps track of cash receipts and cash disbursements through "Excel" or "QuickBooks", the monthly third party billings is contracted out (monthly billings reports are mailed to Axiom). Payroll is run by a third party and each pay-period payroll reports are mail to Axiom. Monthly, the client emails or faxes a list of all cash receipts and disbursements and statistics to Axiom for our review.
